  2. Teamwork: James and Robin have to get through this journey together. If you and your best friend were stuck in an adventure story, how would you divide the work to make sure you both made the right decisions?

Measures to Stay Protected from Covid-19

Hello everyone,

The world is passing through an unusual and difficult period because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Something invisible managed to pause schools, roads, cities, businesses, travel, and everyday life itself. Suddenly, words like quarantine, sanitization, masks, immunity, and social distancing became part of daily conversations across the globe.

In times like these, awareness becomes just as important as medicine.

Through this video, I wanted to share some simple yet important precautions that all of us can follow to stay safer and healthier during the pandemic. These are not complicated scientific solutions, but basic protective habits which can make a significant difference when followed responsibly.

The video mainly focuses on three important areas:

Basic Protective Measures

Simple daily precautions that everyone should practice regularly:

  • Washing hands properly and frequently

  • Disinfecting commonly used surfaces

  • Wearing masks while stepping outside

  • Maintaining social distancing and avoiding unnecessary contact

Major Safety Measures

Important precautions to follow in serious situations:

  • Consulting a doctor when symptoms appear

  • Quarantining at home when necessary

  • Using gloves and protective equipment carefully

  • Maintaining proper protective barriers and hygiene

Food Safety Measures

Food hygiene also plays an important role during such times:

  • Washing hands before handling food

  • Consuming freshly cooked and properly heated food

  • Maintaining healthy eating habits to support immunity

  • Avoiding spoiled or poorly stored food

  • Keeping food containers properly closed and protected

The pandemic has reminded humanity of something very important - health should never be taken for granted.

While doctors, healthcare workers, scientists, and essential workers continue fighting on the frontlines, the responsibility of ordinary citizens is equally important. Sometimes staying home, being careful, and following simple precautions can itself become an act of responsibility toward society.

This period too shall eventually pass.
But awareness, discipline, hygiene, and collective responsibility are what help societies endure difficult times.

Stay safe.
Stay aware.
Stay responsible.

And most importantly.

STAY HOME, BE IMMUNE!

Remember, we can beat this virus if we are together.

🗣️ Pre-and-Post Reading Discussion Starters for Parents & Kids

Use these fun, grounded questions to chat about the stories together:

1. The Dwarf Planet Picnic In The Saviour, Kitty and Louise are minding their own business at a picnic when they are suddenly carried off to the dwarf planet Eris in the middle of the universe. If you were having a picnic and suddenly got transported to any planet in the solar system, which one would you pick, and what would you pack in your space-picnic basket?

2. The Chief Minister's Code Alias perfectly decodes King Kevin's secret backward-alphabet message to prove he is brilliant at mathematics. If you and your friends had to create a secret code language that adults couldn't understand, how would your code work?

3. The Myth of Corona In The Death of Evil Corona, the virus is actually a wicked man who does penance to get a magical, invisible superpower from God. Why do you think staying at home and listening to health rules was the ultimate trick that defeated him?

4. The Ant Queen's Hospitality Even though the Grasshopper was lazy all summer and ignored her advice, the Ant Queen orders her guards to take him to the "hospitality room" and take care of him when he faints. Why is it important to help people who made a mistake, instead of just saying "I told you so"?

5. The Mud-to-Gold Miracle Baby Krishna is so happy with the fruit seller's kindness that he accidentally turns four ordinary pieces of mud into solid gold. If you could turn any everyday object in your room into gold just by being kind, what item would you choose?

Bill Paid - A Heartwarming Exchange

Doctor & Businessman Exchange

In the heart of a bustling city, a contented businessman and his wife resided in a multi-storeyed building. Their lives were filled with happiness until a chance encounter would test the businessman's compassion.

One day, as the businessman embarked on a routine business trip in his car, he noticed a starving boy on the verge of collapse. Reacting swiftly, he halted his car, preventing the boy from fainting. Though unconscious, the businessman took him to his home, tended to his injuries with soothing sandal paste, provided him with the finest clothes, and fed him with genuine care.

For the first time, the poor boy, named Keshav, experienced such kindness and benevolence. Grateful, he expressed his thanks, acknowledging that the businessman had saved his life.

Curious about Keshav's life, the businessman offered friendship, suggesting Keshav to call him 'big brother.' Thrilled, they became best friends real quick, and the businessman soon discovered Keshav's lack of education and extreme poverty. Determined to rectify this, he promptly arranged for Keshav's admission to a government school, emphasizing every child's right to education.

Expressing gratitude, Keshav entered the realm of education, growing up under the care of the government school. As he matured, Keshav aspired to become a doctor. With unwavering determination, he pursued his dream, eventually achieving his goal.

In the course of time, Keshav, now Dr. Keshav, found himself treating a patient with a severe ailment. Devoting countless days and nights to the patient's care, he played a pivotal role in their recovery.

Upon receiving the bill, the patient anticipated a substantial cost. To their surprise, the bill bore a heartfelt message:

"You have saved my life. Because of you, I am in this position today. Your kindness, education, and support changed my life many years ago. Therefore, the bill is paid."

Dr. Keshav, realizing the connection, encountered the businessman once again. With gratitude, the businessman acknowledged the compassion he had shown Keshav years ago.

Moral:
This story exemplifies the enduring power of compassion and benevolence. It teaches us that helping others, no matter how small the act, can lead to profound and positive transformations in their lives.

The Demise of the Dreadful Corona

INTRODUCTION:
In the vast creation of God, countless living beings inhabit the Earth. When wickedness clouded the world, God, in his divine wisdom, sought to protect the righteous and those devoted to serving humankind. This story unfolds the timeless lesson that goodness triumphs over evil, and righteousness should always guide our actions.

THE STORY
THE DEMISE OF THE DREADFUL CORONA

In a realm plagued by the presence of a malevolent figure named Corona, a man of utmost wickedness, God's patience wore thin. From the heavens, a divine warning was issued, urging Corona to mend his ways and embrace righteousness.

Faced with this celestial caution, Corona, prompted by a higher force, contemplated a transformative path. He chose the arduous journey of penance, isolating himself in a distant place, dedicating years to introspection and repentance.

Upon the culmination of his penance, God manifested before Corona, presenting an offer. "Corona, open your eyes and reveal your wish. I shall grant it without hesitation," God declared, aware of Corona's true desires – a plan to save the righteous.

Expressing his wish, Corona requested to become a formidable, invisible virus with rapid person-to-person transmission abilities. God, recognizing the greater purpose, granted Corona's request and faded away. This transformation marked the birth of a notorious entity known as coronavirus, or COVID-19 in short.

On Earth, chaos ensued as COVID-19 wreaked havoc, causing immense suffering. Despite the valiant efforts of doctors, the World Health Organization (WHO), an organization divinely guided, formulated health rules to combat the virus. God, in the guise of a head scientist, imparted these rules to the scientists, instructing them to disseminate the guidelines globally. The world adhered to these rules, but COVID-19 persisted, spreading rapidly.

In response, the Prime Minister of India urged citizens to stay home, a directive echoed worldwide. Months passed, and eventually, COVID-19 met its end. The once formidable foe succumbed to defeat. The world celebrated, realizing that even in the darkest times, the forces of good prevail.

Remember, in the grand tapestry of existence, righteousness and goodness invariably triumph over adversity.

James and Robin - A Tale of Bravery

There lived two young boys - James and Robin. They lived in a wild forest in a big treehouse with their pet, Charlie.

One day, they decided to travel to the city play park. Three of them travelled in their large tractor and reached the city play park. James and Robin along with Charlie played for hours and hours. Much time passed...

Many people were present there. From all the people, one of them was a witch who had entered the park in the form of a small boy.
Actually, the plan of the witch was to kill everyone and drink their blood (feast for witch).

The witch appeared in her real form. Everyone were scared when the witch appeared. People started running helter skelter. They ran hither and thither.

But what about James and Robin? No, instead of running away, they bravely stood before the witch and faced it.

James went and fought with the witch. He used his powerful punches against the witch. While fighting, the witch's magic stick flew because of the punch of James. It came to Robin.

(Actually, that magic stick will come to the right person. And that right and the correct person was Robin.)

Robin, with the power of the stick, gave a fullstop to that evil wicked witch.

Then suddenly, the stick vanished in a thin air.

(When the right person uses the stick, it will vanish, restoring peace in the humankind.)

Everyone thanked James and Robin for saving their lives.

Their pet, Charlie waved its tail happily.

         Everyone enjoyed in the park.

Moral:
We should always be brave in all consequences and help others and save their lives.

The Helpful Magan

The Helpful Magan

In the quaint village of Pataliputra, a humble woodcutter named Magan faced not only the challenges of earning a living but also a severe illness that made him an outcast. Afflicted by a disease that repelled others, Magan led a solitary life.

One day, fate intervened as King Ashok of Pataliputra ventured into the forest for a hunt. Resting near a river, an ill-intentioned spy from a rival kingdom seized the opportunity to push the king into the water, disappearing without a trace. The king, unable to swim, cried out for help.

Magan, drawn by the king's distress, rushed to the riverbank, accompanied by his friends. Swiftly, Magan threw a rope into the river, aiding the struggling king to safety. Despite the grave risk, Magan's act of compassion prevailed.

However, Magan's friends, oblivious to the king's identity, revealed Magan's condition, earning the ire of King Ashok. Quick to anger, the king sentenced them to death. In a plea for mercy, Magan intervened, showcasing a noble spirit.

Impressed by Magan's selflessness, King Ashok chose to forgive the condemned friends. Warned against teasing others, they were spared, and Magan's true character shone through. The king, recognizing Magan's virtues, not only offered him the best medical care but also bestowed upon him 1000 gold coins as a token of gratitude.

Accepting the reward with humility, Magan returned home, his friends expressing gratitude for both their lives and the redemption Magan had provided. The king, true to his word, summoned the best doctors, and Magan's health gradually improved.

Moral
This tale emphasizes the transformative power of compassion and selflessness. Magan's benevolent act not only saved a life but also influenced the king's decision to show mercy. In a world often clouded by judgment, embracing kindness and understanding can lead to redemption and positive change.

A Celestial Picnic

In a quaint cottage lived two inseparable friends, Kitty and Louise. One fine day, they decided to embark on a picnic adventure in the nearby forest. Eagerly, they packed an assortment of essentials including food, a kite for amusement, a basket, clothing, a mat, and various other items needed for a perfect picnic.

Upon reaching the forest, their chosen picnic spot, the friends revealed in the joyous moments they shared. The highlight of their day, however, occurred as they engaged in flying a kite. Unexpectedly, a formidable eagle swooped down, tearing their kite and lifting both Kitty and Louise in its powerful claws.

The eagle soared through the skies, carrying them to the far reaches of the universe, where it released them on a diminutive celestial body named Eris. Overwhelmed with emotion, Kitty and Louise wept bitterly.

In their distress, they turned to prayer, beseeching divine intervention. Miraculously, a brilliant flash of light appeared and spoke, advising them to close their eyes. Following this guidance, they found themselves back at their picnic spot, greeted by a letter.

The letter bore a reassuring message:
Dear children,

The flash of light was none other than I. You shall face no more tribulations. Enjoy your picnic.

Yours lovingly 😊,
The one you may know...

Filled with gratitude, Kitty and Louise expressed their heartfelt thanks to the benevolent deity for the salvation of their lives.
